Craighill Brass Jack Puzzle for a good discount!

Post by mrmkaufman »

This has always been US$90 or more, from him and at other stores. I just stumbled over a pretty good discount at the MOMA store!

Much better price, and even less for members... Still pricey, but considering the build quality, might be worth it at this level. Shockingly, Mr. Puzzle really struggled with this one!

Not showing on the website for me. Must have sold out already. Anyway, I obtained a copy on eBay earlier this year for less than $25. I think I got a great deal on a wonderful puzzle! If I'm not mistaken, it's the same puzzle as the Brass Monkey, Lee Valley Burr, and Charles O Perry's Brass Ball, among others.

Yeah, at that price whatever stock they had probably went quickly.

Wow, GREAT deal on yours! I just saw a Sonic Copernisis go for $260 last night - a good deal depending on your perspective...

And yes, I believe the ones you mentioned all use the same structure as far as I can tell. Mr. Puzzle had trouble (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8xeA7fD4NrQ&vl=en), and even our hero (gag) Chris Ramsey (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hr-I1jHcGIs).
