Mine came today (much faster than I expected) but I quickly discovered that it is missing one of the three rubber feet. There is just a sticky spot where it was which has a bunch of the black felt from the box stuck to it. I sent an email using the web contact form (linking to a picture of my puzzle) to see if I can get a replacement foot. I'm assuming that no one else has had this issue so far.
Needs to be updated!

Can someone who's removed the bottom plate please send me a PM, I have a question regarding the puzzle.

You can ask me direct if you have any questions about 'Fire': Steve@PyroPuzzles.Com

I've managed to get the couriers to give me a cheaper deal on shipping to the 'Rest of the World' £35, rather than £45 (I don't make anything on the shipping - in fact I subsidise it a little).

The replacement feed will be in the post today free of charge (it might take a week or two to get there, as it'll be by standard mail, not the express service I use for the puzzles).

My feet came in tact but two of them had moved about 2mm. You could tell from the sticky residue, that they had moved. I was able to just apply some pressure and they slowly slid back into place.

Great looking puzzle! Wife and I began deciphering the hints last night. Hard not pick it up and try different things in the meantime. :)

I did do a simple unboxing and posted on youtube. Nothing in depth, someone will probably post one that's much much better!

Thanks again Steve for what looks like a nice addition to my collection.
