Post by Lans »

Hi all
Just got one of these from an auction!
Any idea if these are rare as not seen many about ?
It's the Ideal original and with instructions !

Never been good at solving the rubic original !

They aren't particularly rare, but certainly well worth having! I have one on my desk at work and love it! Solving one face is about my limit for a Rubik's Cube, so this is perfect for me.

They're probably worth around $20-$25 (I'm assuming you have the popular English red-white-blue 1981 version), although if you have the black & white version you're looking at a decent bit more.

If you want a great resource for twisties check out the TP.com Museum. I've always found it very useful.

And if anyone else would be looking for one, I recommend buying one (not an original) from SMAZ. He uses great quality stickers on his cubes and they will last.
