I sent them a message asking them to remove the solution from their listing. They might ignore me, but it's worth a try.

EDIT: He didn't ignore me, and now the solution picture is gone. :)

He does not have any at the moment but I joined his newsletter. He will be producing a new one he said.
I will be watching the ebay auction but I also have my eye on the dan lock. I can only get one at the moment so ill see what is available.

If I remember right you'll have to close the shackle and then turn the key in the lock a few times before removing it in order to reset it. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm mistaken though.

...I think you need to reverse the whole procedure - I don't think there's any form or self-return or reset in the mechanism... I'm guessing you don't have the accompanying manual?

I thought apart from the first step there was no particular starting position for the T2. It was either scrambled or solved.

...hmmm will have to experiment when I get home - don't recall that happening, but it's been a while - from memory you'd need to reverse the whole process to put all the internal bits back in the right places or risk leaving it half-open for the next victim... err, puzzlist.
