=( I got mine from Canada (Puzzlemaster) rather quickly and it also had to go through customs. Do you know which Customs facility they went to? Mine came through Chicago, was only held up for a day or two.
NYC is pretty slow / busy so while it's odd that it's still taking so long it's not entirely out of the realm of possibilities that they just haven't got to it yet.

The paperwork might have been better from Puzzlemaster too though?

Finally! Got it open!

I spent days spinning this around and around. Then I found the sweet spot.

A post helping you to understand and trouble shoot some mechanical issues you may have with the T10, I had several myself and wanted to help others. Don't worry! Solving spoilers are kept to an absolute bare minimum, it's nothing you wouldn't find within 10 seconds of playing with padlock.

Keeping a happy, healthy T10:

I'm also struggling to get going with the T10 other than the obvious first few move variants; can anyone PM me with a hints or clues re. the first move(s). Cheers!

Yeah, I always like to look at the book after opening the lock to see how things worked and more interestingly, how the parts are designed. Even the book is a little tricky too though in the case of the T10.
