Ha ! That's some newsletter he sent you. Only 11 characters long if you count the space as a character. At least you had enough time to order directly from him on Monday, June 30th. I would have done the same as you if I had received that message.

I think I missed the early worm because Monday is my busiest day. I start early and usually dont leave the office until nearly midnight between Monday and Tuesday. I didnt get home till 1 am Tuesday. I checked this site and sent my email out at immediately.

Rainer doesnt put serial numbers on his locks so I'm not sure how many of each lock he makes. I think theres only a handfull of T1's and more of the later locks. Does anyone have any idea on how many of each lock he's made ?

I'm guessing 80-100 for the T9.

20 for Grand illusions, 20 for PuzzleMaster, 20 for Wil Strijbos and 20 for himself.

Does he sell through anyone else ?

That was just header info.

Lieber Schloss und Puzzle Freund,

ich freue mich mitteilen zu können das T9 erhältlich ist!
http://www.popplock.com/de/schloesser.html

:-)

Viele Grüße,
Rainer Popp

Dear lock and puzzle friend,

I am happy to announce that T9 is available!
http://www.popplock.com/en/locks.html

It is possible to purchase it from me or soon from one of the following partners:
www.grand-illusions.com
www.puzzlemaster.ca

T9 is expensive. Therefore it is one of my most complex locks so far, with many steps to open!
:-)

Best regards,
Rainer Popp

I did check all that earlier today. When I tried to sign up for the newsletter again it said that I was already registered.

At least I was able to order one from puzzlemaster. I do want to figure out why I missed the notification.

And now UPS is charging me 32.02 C.O.D. for this. I've never had to pay any import fees on puzzles before. *Grumble*

Finally solved it yesterday. Took me longer than expected, it's a very precise puzzle. Definitely in my top 10.
