Yeah, putting the wanderer back to it's start is more difficult than opening it, imo. But the first box is pretty much just a quick, easy reset once it's open. You don't have to solve it in reverse like you do with the wanderer.

That's exactly what I am saying :-). Everyone's mind works differently, but putting it back together was just as hard, in a different way, as getting it open.

Same thing goes for Wil's Aluminum Cross (not the Sweta). VERY tough to open, big challenge to reassemble.

Okay, who is hoarding all of the Wil Strijbos and Popplock puzzles?

What do people think of the 3 cubes and 3 dovetails?

Are they worth the $80-90 (USD) each? Especially considering the Lotus was going for about 130-150 (when it can be found) and Revomaze units are $200-300 each?

Consider them impossible objects not really puzzles.

Someone dropped my aluminum '4 Pieces' puzzle. Now some edges are slightly damaged. (A few dents and bumps.)
I'm sure I'm not the only one who's had an experience like this with a Strijbos showpiece. How do you handle this (I got a bit annoyed to be honest)?

Are they dexterity puzzles, or other?

I think of them more as workable art...
Value is in the eye of the beholder but I would not consider them puzzles at all. Just objects with a twist really.

They are nice works though

Yep, there's a thin line between proudly showing my puzzle collection and trusting others with my gems :D
