I don't even think Wil is aware of all the metal puzzles he's designed over the years. But I can pretty much guarantee that there's going to be a few that most of us have never seen or heard about.

Because Andy asked only about the metal puzzles- and also the 4 piece puzzle is (correct me if wrong) a variation of an existing puzzle..

Yes. There is one called the "Ball/Pin/Ball" which Wil was working on producing, according to a Newsletter from last year.

There was a revolving maze from 1982 ( similar to a certain Popplock ? )

Also can anyone who has opened their EGG let me know if its likely to spit out any little parts once opened? - I am going camping for my birthday but don't want to bring it along if there is a chance I will be hunting around a field for a ball bearing!
