Re: Wil Strijbos!!!
I have been "solving" the lotus puzzle a few times now. And I just now figured out that I havent actually solved it Well I did a minute ago. What a crafty one that Wil. I am amazed that I missed the final final part.

It certainly is easy to miss. That's why it is mentioned that you have to continue until you understand why the puzzle is called the 'Lotus'.

Re: Wil Strijbos!!!
I think this was a really good puzzle. Very fun and I like that you have to solve different steps for the full solution. Wil is my favorite designer for the moment.
I also liked the Bolt no. 3, fun solution and good design.

Re: Wil Strijbos!!!
Received my package containing 11 puzzles from Wil just yesterday!
Duly approaches and solved Bolt no.3, Tritalon, and the exchange bottle. Happily took the high five apart... Then spent a frustrating hour trying to put it back together with no success. Went to a bit of effort solving the Cross... Instant favorite! Also loved the looking of the Dino & Japanese puzzle box in cage and Melting Block. The four stones labyrinth from Jean Claude Constantin is also beautifully crafted, still puzzling on that. Then goes to the spotlights of the order-Lotus and First box. Made little progress whatsoever but they look just astounding!
Though there was a sob-story too... My bottle no.1 came in more pieces than expected. It seems that the trip from the Netherlands to Taiwan was a bumpy ride! Have to email Wil about a replacement bottle. Overall satisfied! (...and addicted...gulp!)
