Well, if you havent heard from them since august last year, then you could assume they are bankrupt, but they are not.
The company is still active, you can find details in the UK registry of companies. There you will find the company consists out of two persons. They also have a sugar confectionery (lovely chocolates, made me drewl :)) company, so you could try to contact Mr. Reeves there if everything else fails.

I get mails from sonic, perhaps there is nothing new to say to your repeated inquiries?

Site shows new puzzle later this year..

Yes, it was pushed out a few times

Other items have come out as well

Seems they are doing well enough to keep partly running

I enjoy the puzzles despite the quality control issues I've ran accross

I received an email from them about an outstanding puzzle a few months back.. They said that Sonic is offering investment opportunities in the company too if you want. Look into it. They are going to produce another puzzle soon.. KIRK

Not going to happen anytime soon. There were a lot of preorder sales, but according to Andrew, the money is spent and he needs to raise $50k for tooling and manufacture of the Pentarisis (?) puzzle. He has made it clear that since it’s ‘progressing’, no refunds. He hasn’t given any real updates in a couple of years...

Note that it’s a smarmy way of having to defend not giving refunds.

People have also purchased a few of the puzzles on their site a few months ago, and still have yet to even receive notification that the puzzles have been mailed, and the emails have been ignored.

Hi,

I am also waiting for Pentarus but also I am waiting for 4 KUKU´s (bought and paid 2 in January and 2 in May).

Vlancii, you name the way to get money "smarmy way"............. well, I ( and in the case of the KUKU´s I am pretty sure also a judge) name this criminal acting and fraud. I am not British and so I am not familiar with the law but maybe somebody can give me an advice how the procedure is to make a complaint of an offence.

I just think its hilarious you all complain about delays from Sonic from a forum site whos company still has years old delays on orders still processing today as well. And non communication on here is also well documented...

Really if you are that distraught go to your bank and file fraud. Done.

Hi ghxost,

I think that there is a big different.......... a huge big different............. I am not complaining a delay.

Of course you are right, many people are waiting for Revo´s and some of them for years but here you have
- a forum which is working
- three person of the company who try to give answers and try to give updates
- and if you order revo´s which are on stock - you get them

I had also some tough mails with Chris and also I know that a lot of old customers quit - but Sonic? Nothing of them at all, even not an answer regarding my mails - just no reaction about the delivery of my paid KUKU´s.

Quaetion for you: What has my bank to do with criminal acting? I dont think that my bank is running a court or a jail?

Peter

Hi,
I think you didnt get the point. I dont know in which country you live but in Germany it make no different if you steal 1 million or if you steal the handbag of an old lady or if you cheat a customer like us - a crime is a crime and a scammer is a scammer. For this I dont need a lawyer at all. Usual it is the job of the police to investigate and the job of the district attorney to decide if there is a need to bring this case to the criminal court. To get my money back is a different story! (civil law).
