Looks like the Project Owners put this on auto pilot and walked away for the weekend. They need to promote it. I certainly won't with the effort they're putting in.

Having looked into what he needs to be successful, he needs 1000 backers. In the high end metal puzzle world, I fear that experience says it won't happen. Takes a long time to get to that level of puzzles out there ...

They have actually made posts on a number of other websites and said how good it is. When people have tried to ask questions about it, they have gone un answered and the topics have just stopped.
If that was my project id happily answer all questions and queries unless there was something I wasnt happy about or unsure about. So im left with doubt now...

I have backed them, but it doesnt look like its going anywhere fast

Yeah, I haven't bothered putting their project into one of my fancy backer+funding per hour spreadsheets.

I asked one question, got a very prompt response, offered a suggestion to maybe get this viable as a sale outside of the high end puzzle world customer base. It's not happening.

I have a question. What the heck is the deal with high end puzzles and their meta puzzles to go along with them? ISIS has the Adventure, Revomaze had the Series Code. This thing has one too. Meta puzzles confound me. Give me one good quality puzzle without some promise of something bigger and I'll have just as much fun. I think it's a put-off for the softcore puzzlers.

I have to agree here. I think they're often added to make the puzzle more enticing, although from experience they never quite seem to work out the way it was originally intended. Although I backed the project, I have no interest in anyting beyond the physical puzzle.

That said I did win a Wii with a SonicWarp meta puzzle, from a Kuku or NKryptor (I can't remember)... it was when Wiis were scarce and SW couldn't get one, so they gave me the cash instead :D

Indeed. Sad, but not entirely surprising though. High end puzzles are a pretty niche market after all.
