The reasoning behind the one on paradise is mentioned on the renegades forum, no intention to make profit there. It is one of a batch that was shipped to the USA at once to reduce shipping cost.

Apologies for this then as it just seemed a lot more than I paid until I did the maths! Perhaps I didn't want to admit to myself that I was spending so much on one puzzle!

One of our mates has got his today direct from Rainer and he has not said much, other than"*** the t7's massive. Very odd when you start it."

Excited!! ;)

I'd be interested in hearing what you guys have to say about it as I haven't ordered one yet...

I nearly missed it....somehow Rainer's email about his T7 didn't get into my mail box. I happen to see the $450 one on puzzleparadise and immediately sent an immediate email to Rainer. Anyway all is well and mine will be shipped out this week.

I've heard it's heavy. :P

[Some comments from Wil made me suspect it may have some "familiar features" for us...]

Hmm...that sounds interesting. I was hoping that might've been the case after seeing the initial pictures of it. :D

I just sent an e-mail to Rainer, so hopefully he has some left. I didn't get an e-mail from him directly, but saw them on Grand Illusions first. Hopefully the T7 is still available, but I'll still need a T1 to complete my collection.

I have now ordered the T7, but it feels impossible to find the old locks in the series. I don't really understand why Rainer doesn't of new batches of the old locks. I think they will be easy to sell for him any many new puzzle collectors out there are dreaming of a full Popp Lock collection.
