My Cylinders should be in country tomorrow. Does anyone in the U.S. know how they are delivered? Does the package get handed off to FedEx or US postal?

A good (or even an average) puzzler should be able to find Wils e-mail address on a well known puzzle website.
And even along with his home address and telephone and fax(?) number on another well known puzzle website.
Let's not link to that (latter) page, but set it as a challenge for the next one asking...

Although I don't consider internet scouring a puzzle I did accept your challenge and found it in <10 seconds. The way people talked about his email throughout the rest of this topic made me think it was an invite only insiders club like IPP etc. But after getting his newsletters (and a paycheck) I should have a few things on the way!

Yes I was defeated! Great puzzle because we all made progress but did not complete it.
I think we all made exactly the same progress and then got promptly stuck! Very intriguing!
Hmm...going by the comments on the Lotus..all from very experienced puzzlers, I think we are in for a super tough one...and in all likelihood a super expensive one as well!! better start saving!

Is it made of metal/aluminium??

Received both cylinders this morning and opened the first in about 1/2 hr. The mechanism inside is very clever and I see why this one is a must for collectors. I hope the washer version takes more effort.

If anyone has a minute, Could someone please confirm for me how to put back together properly?

It's exactly the reverse of how you opened it. Drop me a PM if you're having any trouble.
