I believe it is a female hawk

a guy in a photography course I took tried to pass off a stuffed road runner as the real thing until someone pointed out a small reflection in the glass

Go Canucks !!
FYI - an canuck is a rare winter bird ... it typically dies off this time of year but for some reason it is eating up hawks to keep alive.
