I recent pm from RevoGuy/Joseph confirms that they are working hard to finish the CE sets. He didn't mention any specific delivery date. Usually the first indication that they're ready will be an email confirmation.

Have you started trying to get any of the limited editions? (orange, lime?) Im sure you want to start with blue... but in the long run i think you'd be pretty upset if you missed those two... even if they have to sit for a long time.

At first I ordered three and than canceled my order for the CE.
I'll definitely start with blue. Also I bought the orange and agreed to have it send together with the complete set! I have to travel a lot abroad so I can puzzle on the plane and in the hotels!
