Live event is planned to be held within 2 months of the series code being solved (likely whoever solves the gold will get the series code). Last I heard, some of the ideas put forth in the orange competition may be used for the titanium, so at that point at least, the titanium design hadn't really been started.

With the special cores for some of them (some people are getting gold plating, production of the CE will probably take awhile after the gold is solved, as he probably will produce the orange in the interim...

Just a silly question. If the CE are delivered unassembled, will there be some sort of plastic sleeve to keep the small parts of some puzzles in place or not?

This would certainly need to be the case. Either that or a small bag to keep them in one place. Part of the fun could be figuring out which piece goes with which puzzle!

im not speaking from experience as i currently only own a black obsession but it is my understanding that the bronze silver and gold revomazes have moving parts other than the pin and these three mazes are therefore classed as dynamic rather than static puzzles.

There's a (no longer) unwritten rule around these parts that we don't discuss 'those bits' much in public - hence mr Rabbit's attempt at burying that line of conversation and gently reminding those in the know of the (now written) rule...
