Try to send a PM to RevoLady (Amelia), amelia@revohq.co.uk, support@revohq.co.uk or jazmin@revohq.co.uk. What address have you used? I don't think Chris will answer an email so you must contact someone else in the team.

I informed him about fakes (delieverd here in Germany by a German company) and I offered him help of my for this type of action specialized lawyer but even several reminders, Chris looks like not interested about this because he didnt give me any response.

And about the CE-set............. I dont konw for how many years other customers are waiting already, I think that gkelly is one of the "youngest" in this groupe, others are waiting for more years.

Yes to me it is strange and not normal. Chris do never answer any mails but the others at RevoHQ have always answered my mails if I have had any question.

I never received any CE Set Book or certificates. I hope Chris can clean up the old orders now.

I have never understood why he didn't send at least Blue, Green, Bronze and Titanium. Better with 4/6 puzzles to start with and the last two could have been sent later.

I can fully understand you and agree, I have been waiting 9.5 years for some of my outstanding puzzles. I have received my CE set so I shouldn't complain. I am sorry to hear that there are still people waiting for the CE-set
