In my Pro you do get to see the certificate if you get to the end or fall in a specific trap, which is not the one you fall into from the third bend though... However, I just own one Pro, I have no idea if there were others made differently

If you don't fall into that trap are you able to progress through the rest of the maze? I think there might be an engraving defect at the end of that trap, but you still aren't able to remove the core unless you solve it the necessary amount of times start to finish... The certificate in the Pro aft...

Haven't really tried it yet, besides from a very fast run inside it because I was curious (like you, I presume) to see if the 2mm pin made a perceptible difference...
Didn't notice much difference yet, but I'm thinking it will forgive much less on bridges and ledges..

If possible (= if they are available) I'd go for the metal ones... The feeling is so different and the weight makes every run a physical struggle between you and the maze, it's really a different experience where both your mind and your muscles are challenged!
