I'd be surprised if it was actually shaking that caused it to come out giving all the packaging designed to keep it from any sudden impacts. Maybe it was more of a rapid change in altitude?

I still have the thing that caught me eye. In my rush to see the new toy I emptied the contents of the T9 box into the shipping box.
