Re: Replacement Pin
I know HQ reads these forums, and I know they have the best interest of their customers in mind. I don’t think there has ever been a reason to doubt that. The customer service has always been top notch. It is a good thing to see that these questions are resolved for the individual revomaze customer....

Re: Replacement Pin
You’re right. Forgot about that.
But, no change, and for me still not clear why the high price. And why wouldn’t you sell single pins, as that is what people lose most of the time: one single pin.

Re: Replacement Pin
Agreed. It is very hard to understand the high price when you just need a single pin, and the high shipping costs for something that can be sent in a simple envelope.
Maybe HQ can look into this for you? We all know how easy these pins can be lost.

Re: Titanium difficulty rating?
If I look at all the mazes you opened before this, I can see why this one would be easier for you... I had only finished blue and bronze before this, but I found Titanium a nice challenge. Finished it in half the time it took me to open my first revo (blue). It did take me way longer than 40mins jus...

Re: Reassembly?
You are right to be careful not to put the puzzle back together the wrong way. Please follow the assembly instructions. You would have a hard time fitting the reassembly instructions and certificate of ownership in the core. Just ask Shane (darctangent) to give you access to the Blue Open user group...
