I’m not sure I can say much more without giving something away, but the last piece should drop right in with no force yet when the box is solved if it is turned upside down, nothing falls out.

If there is no force needed and the first piece does not just fall out to unpack, then it’s correct.

Last week I had one in my checked bag. Two flights, no problem the third was. What is this? Open it. I have to clear it. I popped it out halfway along the reset and they swabbed it. They then scanned it again and were able to see inside. They were satisfied at that point. I explained it was a puzzle...
