Re: General Pre-launch Discussion

Dear All I would like to point out that Rachel and I are working extremely hard to ensure that we remain in business and continue to supply our loyal customers who have been extremely patient due to a major mistake I have made in the past. While doing everything I can to ensure we supply reliable an...

Re: Mercury Release

Hi All

Once we get the remaining Mercury out, Rachel and I will assess the feedback and see what we need to do.

We will then come up with something that we all be happy with. Priority is to get the remaining Mercury out and see that they work as intended.

Hope this helps for now.

Best

Also a few managed to get passed certain areas incorrectly. After talking with Ben, I changed the way the maze sat on the base and made the bb...

Re: Revomaze R2 Prototype (As seen in Wired)

Hi all I should have thought this out and made it Saturday (end of the month) in the first place, as agreed it is not a good idea to change rules but we were trying to help certain individuals (not to extend to get more people). Sorry if it has upset anyone. I only want to sell the prototype and ben...

Re: Revomaze R2 Prototype (As seen in Wired)

Juuuuuust to be nit-picky. It says the credit will be good towards "one of the 10 puzzles" (In bold and underlined) Is this just a pure credit to the account or is it really a voucher for 120 off of ONE puzzle? The reason I ask is 120 is greater than the guaranteed lock-in rate Voyager st...

Hi Matt

I have found many have not got Voyager Status but had Mercury Status instead. I have corrected this.

Please log out and in again to see if that helps (otherwise contact me directly).

All the best

Revomaze R2 Prototype (As seen in Wired)

The Person who purchased the R2 Jupiter Prototype had chosen bonus ball 45. A Big Congratulations to them! Sophie will be in touch with everyone else to explain where their credit will be applied to. We will apply the credits in order that we received them with some going into first batches of the ...
