This week I am on holiday near London. Before I left home many people warned me about the UK weather and urged me to pack umbrellas... Lol!

Back on topic: I did not find Wired magazine at the local Tesco or Sainsbury :-(
Where should I look?

Oh come on, it's less than one cent per 13000 moves!
(For some reason I keep believing it has 'only' 210827008 moves).
Ignore the top half of the sliders and 'solve' the bottom half in about one hour.
(Repeat that once a day for 105 years and you're done ;-)

That was 40 days ago, how is this going Stet?
Does it look & feel as good as you hoped or or is it still on its way to you?

Yesterday I was at Wil Strijbos, and I saw this lock in good quality. Some even come with an interesting book about trick locks (in Chinese language).
It is a nice trick lock. You can contact Wil for availability and prices.

Nice find, but that looks like a 'copy' with a 'different' quality. Be aware this eBay seller offers many 'cheap copies' of other products, including several hanayama cast puzzles. A very clear example is item 271120650691. If you don't care about quality, fit & finish, or copyrights, then go ah...

I wish he would spend his time (and our money) on producing Isis IV in stead of more variations of an old puzzle. Isis IV is also "confirmed by Andrew", as it has been for years...

I found a nice symmetrical solution with only 2 squares symmetrically extending the 5x5 space (and 2 holes inside the 5x5). All cherries remain inside the 5x5 space. There are at least 2 possible arrangements for the cherries in a 5x5 space.
The pieces are correct by the way.

That looks/sounds like an interesting puzzle, but in order to make it happen he needs 'only' 960-ish more backers in 32 days... Sounds a bit optimistic?
