Re: Yuu Asaka

Solved Jigsaw 29 today. All in all between two and three hours. Loved every single piece of it! I would recommend: 29, 19 then 7 (as they were released). That way you get the maximum Aha-moment for 29. 19 and 7 are simpler and reuse (19) most of the ideas introduced in 29. I did them in the reverse ...

Re: Yuu Asaka

Have all three here.
Solved Wave 7 in about 1-2h and Jigsaw 19 in about 45 Min (but got lucky with the first pieces).
My girlfriend is a jigsaw fan and solved 1000 piece Jigsaws in 3-5h regularly, she doesn't like them that much, because her parts don't fit the tray

I'm still at Jigsaw 29

Re: Hales Locks

I have the Hokey Cokey, and the both brass monkeys.
The monkeys are fairly easy burrs, but crafted beautifully. They will restock (at least that what happened in the past).
I also have the Hales Lock 5, but haven't played with it yet.

And the materials shift too. Starting with the Revomazes I concentrated on Metall Puzzles, but am cu...

Re: Discords?

There's the Puzzle Friends Group on Facebook.
All Puzzles, no spoilers.

But I do know, that fb is not for everyone...
[Edit:] I'll have to add: This group is DANERGOUS for your wallet! Tooooooo many new puzzles.....[/Edit]

Re: Mapping Challenge

The mapper for the Obession V2 works perfectly. I was able to open my Black Obsession within 2h after attaching the mapper. But: as mentioned before: there was no real feeling of accomplishment after opening it using the mapper (felt more than cheating)... My advise: use carefully and only if you do...
