Re: Poll: A plea to Chris!
If it's sold as limited then it's being promised that that's as many as will ever be sold. If there's suddenly more of them then I've been lied to and there is no argument against that. How has that lie damaged you in any way? The only way I can think of is resale value, but you said yourself you d...

Re: Poll: A plea to Chris!
If I'd have ordered a CE set I don't thin I'd be that bothered it it were released as an obsession. What does irritate me with "Limited Editions" (of any puzzle or whatever) is when I buy one expecting there to be only x amount made and suddenly I find there's more for sale. It just makes...

Re: Poll: A plea to Chris!
why not? there's certainly no physical limitation preventing production.Fabregas485 wrote:I have mixed feelings. Its unfair on both sides, but again it is a limited puzzle. Thats like me asking to make more reds or blacks etc. It will not happen.

Re: Poll: A plea to Chris!
I completely agree with this (as i ordered the CE set to solve the puzzles not display them) and i personally wouldnt be bothered about the Ti being available for others to buy provided the same opportunity was given to me for for limited editions i missed out on obtaining. Your opinion, as a CE ow...

Re: Poll: A plea to Chris!
I understand that people who have purchased all the previous puzzle feel it is unfair about the situation with the titanium but if Chris sells the titanium separately he will upset everyone who purchased the CE set. Also the people who purchased the CE set tend to be the people who were late to the...

Re: Poll: A plea to Chris!
I think it's simple business. You either have X number of people willing to pay for a $100-200(US) puzzle, or you have Y number of people who are willing to pay $1000 for a collectors set. If X > Y*5, then it makes sense financially to release it as a single puzzle, excluding that it may alienate a ...

Any idea what the difficulty rating is relative to the other puzzles? I need to know how much aspirin to stock up on.
Re: OSX Lion
theres really not many differences. i found it really simple to transition between the two. the main difference is shortcut combinations, but even then ALT (W) becomes CTRL (M), CTRL (W) becomes APPLE, etc. and in OSX you can actually change these modifiers as you see fit. E.g. you can make ctrl ac...
