I like this design, but I would make the hole deeper, wider and double-staged, so that it fits an opened Revomaze. The small hole is for the coiled certificate.

I think, the pre-order phase will end when...

a) there are no more free golden Revomazes left
b) the golden Revomaze comes out

...whichever occurs first.
