Re: Wrong Alignment

I've tried freezing, gently tapping the puzzle, and allowing it to stay upside down overnight and it still won't open. I'm located in Canada, where can I ship it for repairs?

Thanks

Matt

Re: Wrong Alignment

I did try hitting it with a rubber mallet but now it's stuck. More specifically I'm stuck at the finished alignment with both dots lined up but now the shaft wont move. I'm pretty sure one of the pins is half way down and stopping me from moving. I'll keep at it and try the "newton" method...

Re: Wrong Alignment

No the dot still ends up aligned with the other dot on the outer casing. It's just when I solve it and line up the dots it won't open.

Wrong Alignment

So I accidentally aligned the holes for the interior shaft in the wrong direction and now my puzzle works fine but won't open when I tap it to remove the inner core.

Is my puzzle forever stuck or is there any tricks I could use to open it?
