Unfortunately I don't recall where exactly, but I do know you have to open the box first, before you can actually get it (which I found a bit strange, because if you're unable to solve because of a lost pin, you'll not be able to ge...

Don't feel obliged to explain btw, but personally I never understand why you would delete an account when you can also just leave it inactive. It's so drastic!
