REVOMAZE User Group

I used a bit of wire to check, and it seems like one of the two holes has much more depth than the other. Is it possible both pieces are stuck inside the puzzle? I don't know if they're lost or stuck, but if both holes are supposed to be the same depth I'm pretty sure the metal piece is stuck. Edit:...

I opened my revomaze but the spring didn't come out. The little metal piece did, so I tried to use it to get the spring. Now both are missing. Can I do anything?

I bought my Revomaze blue from Marbles (A store in my local area) and there appears to be no registration. Instead, it says "Marbles: the brain store." I would like to participate in this community more but feel limited by the fact that I cannot register my revomaze. Am I missing something...
