Looking at my last post I am wondering if I should be going to bed earlier. It didn't seem to make much sense reading it again today.

I watched the video and it looks like they should be cranking these things out if it only takes 1min 35sec to make. :D

What is the time frame for one puzzle to be completed? I wonder how casting the plastic would be. I'm afraid the quality would be vastly inferior but don't really know. It is interesting that the time frame to complete a maze is nearly the same. What kind of CNC machine is being used? I would think ...
