Has anyone in Canada or the USA ordered two puzzles at once vs. just one? Did the extra "Declared Value" trigger duty and/or taxes? The reason I am asking is I want two more and if shipped together the shipping will be less but it might trigger duty and taxes which would offset the benefit...
