Re: Help needed from USA

Parcel Success!

I made contact with someone on Barry Avenue. They went to their 'neighbour' at number 44 and I received an email from the parcels sender.

The parcel has found its way to its rightful owner! :D

Re: Help needed from USA

Thanks Paradox - I hadn't thought of that!
I have found a business at 10 Barry Avenue and sent them an email.
I'll post any further progress here.

Re: Help needed from USA

Hi again. Just to clarify - the parcel I have is for someone in Nottingham with a similar post code to mine. He probably lives within a quarter of a mile radius, but is not known to my neighbours or the local newsagents. Of course I could return to sender (and will if all else fails) but I would pre...

Help needed from USA

Hello everybody. My problem? I have received a parcel from the USA which is not for me. If the person lives reasonably close by I will deliver it- BUT they are not in the phone book and no-one round here seems to know the name. I have the senders name and address which is : A Johnson 44 Barry Avenue...

"Is one a bishop of hearts ????"

No
Its the jack/Knave of Hearts from the 1930's Russian Anti-Religions pack -
quite well known in card collecting circles.

Silver time and the competition

Just as of a matter of interest what sort of re-opening times are you guys getting on the silver? I realise it might be a little early to ask as there are only about 4 people in the world who have opened the thing. And will it be feasible to re-open in the 15 minutes given in the live event?!

Is it a man thing?

Puzzles generally seem to have much more of an appeal to males it seems.
My wife dislikes most of my puzzles :(

How many women have Revomazes I wonder?

Re: Howdy!

Welcome Ade! I thought I had a bit of an aptitude for puzzles myself, but my time for solving the blue was awful. So yes, I suspect jumping in with the Silver might be a tall order. And this is only your second ever puzzle? What was the first one? Maybe we should try and guess... I am thinking an Is...

Plastic Revo Design

I am interested in the plastic version, but a tad concerned about wear and tear (especially the wear aspect). The puzzles get hours of play! Internally are the pins (or pin singular perhaps?) plastic? I like the fact that the shaft won't come out having had an accident with a pin disappearing down t...
