I seem to have to ring him every couple of days !

I just tried that .. but it really didn't do the job .. to get it down to 6k I had to turn up the loss to 81% It was already at 16 colours .. Photoshop did about the same job. I have the latest CS5.5 ... I shrank the file down to 75x75 px .. but it was just not good enough for me .... Never mind .. ...

The biggest problem with animated avatars, is the file size restriction the board had been set to. It's only 6k ... so to do anything fancy is almost impossible. I tried to make a rotating and colour changing one that looked good in photoshop but the smallest I could make the 7 frames was about 12k ...

You opened a whole bunch of Revo's and you can't make an animated Avatar .. come on stiggy ... try harder mate !
