I am only one of the many members that frequent the forum board on a daily basis...This is a great place to meet friends who share common interests and to talk about the REVOMAZE.
It really is the best puzzle on the market.As you can tell from the display models ,the Revomaze is very well made.

Hey hey guys, I'm back from the show! Wow! Some pretty cool stuff there (has to be said that there was some total crap there too )

Popped into Chris' stand a few times while I was there... just walked straight past a few times too just because it was sooo busy I couldn't get near They were pretty much the only one out of the smaller stands (ie. not one of the big guys like epson, sony etc) that constantly had a good crowd at their stand

There appeared to be quite a lot of genuine interest from people there... saw a good few blues being sold in the short time I was there , so hopefully we should be seeing a few more "faces" around here in the near future

I was lucky enough to be allowed a quick go on the new green model while I was there... hmm, dude! lol We're certainly in for a treat! Obviously I didn't get all that far with it, but from the short time I had it in my hands I can say that there's some interesting new "features" been built in... think it's going to be another fantastic puzzle I can't wait to get one in my hands in a quiet room!

I got a few shots which I've got uploading now to share with you guys (and girl ) although I gather Chris is planning to take some official ones in the near future.

oh, and they were giving out some cool stress balls too for times when your struggling with your puzzle (Im looking at you Jazz , have you got any further yet?)... and I've just realised I forgot to pick one up... doh!

Yeah i can also say that the Revomaze stand was packed out all the time i was there! I held the green but didn't play as i was leaving to get my train but cant wait to get it!

Chris was reasonably tight lipped about the round disk. All I was told was there is a possibility that it might be one of next years puzzles... Series 2 perhaps, I dunno *shrugs*.

He said it had something clever inside... but we could have guessed that, right? I gather it's still very much in the design stage at the moment... seeing if it's feasible. I gather it might have quite a number of components and I think Chris prefers designs with the least amount of parts because their easier and cheaper to produce, there's less things to go wrong, and simpler puzzles are often the better ones because they have better "tricks" in.

The top appears to be made up of a series of stacked disks that can be individually turned. I have to say it was quite big to handle, I'd estimate a similar radius to a CD/DVD.

Yeh, the purple looked pretty sweet Chris will probably frown at me for saying this but Im pretty sure the "purple" looked closer to a shade of pink than purple... or maybe Im colour blind
