Trouble contacting Wil? Well, if by trouble you mean do I get immediate responses on all my emails? Nope. Sometimes 20 minutes, sometimes 3 days. He's a busy guy, travels a lot, and as far as I know handles his own inventory, with a little bit of time left over for designing puzzles of course. I suppose it's possible but I don't think he'd purposely alienate anyone. If it's been an excessively long time, try emailing again, but you probably don't need to email every 24 hours or anything.

Yep, Chyron has it pretty spot on. There's a reason why I refer to him as the international puzzle man of mystery (among other names).

Hmmm I don't really know. I usually don't get any response at all for weeks. Sometimes I get a reply after a few days but rarely. If anyone runs into him (at the MPP or IPP for example) maybe mention it to him? I'm sure you will have nothing better to do :D thanks!

I was in his SPAM folder. Thank goodness he likes to sample the processed ham once in a while. Pain is now on its way to Houston ...

Cobra,

Did you fully disassemble, as in take the screw out and have all parts loose? I will do my best to take some pics tonight and then try to type something up for you on the computer tomorrow.

I'm pretty wiped tonight, but if I end up getting a second wind I might attempt typing some instructions up on my mobile tonight.

Edit:
Can you pm me your email address? I'm working on putting an email together for you as it's way easier than uploading pictures to message you. If you're not comfortable with that and would rather I just PM you text instructions, I'll just copy/paste and leave the pictures out.

Is there a way to put it back together the wrong way? If i remember it right it just would not work if you put it back together the wrong way. So if you have no parts left at the end there is a 50/50 chance that you're successful.

I can't really argue with that... But I've already put together the instructions, so if you want them, they are ready to go.

There is absolutely no way to put it back wrongly because the inside is very easy to understand: it's not a complex mechanism!
